The workers were punctual, polite and friendly. They started very quickly after agreeing on a quote. They were conscientious in replacing tiles and carrying out repairs – not just the bits that obviously needed doing. They were very good at tidying up after themselves, particularly at the end of the job. Quality of workmanship looks to be good although it hasn't yet been tested by rain/wind.

Roof repair with refit of fallen and slipped roof tiles due to storm Kieran, Removal and replacement of ridge tiles in mortar and the fitting of 4 chimney cowls as well that needed replacing.

We had our 70 year-old roof replaced along with our neighbour (semi-detached house). We chose Terrain Roofing and Building due to the great price, which included their own scaffolders (priced separately by other companies). Scaffold was up on the Thursday/Friday around both houses and roofing work started Monday. 2000 tiles in total replaced, all within a day and the scaffold was removed the next day after inspection. Excellent service!
